No, we do not guarantee jobs. Mi Sency provides end-to-end support, including profile enhancement, training, and verified referrals to improve your chances. Final selection depends on the employer.
2. Data safe with Mi Sency?
Yes. Your personal data is secure with us and only shared with verified employers as part of your job application process. We never misuse or sell your information.
3. Will Mi Sency help me if I fail in my first interview?
Absolutely. We provide continuous interview coaching and arrange alternative opportunities based on your performance and feedback.
4. How soon will I get interview opportunities?
Most candidates receive interview calls within 3–7 working days of verification, depending on job availability and profile match.
5. What if I am a fresher with no experience?
That’s okay! We offer special support for freshers, including basic communication training, resume building, and job readiness sessions.
6. I am an employer. Can I hire through Mi Sency?
Yes. Employers can access verified candidates and get end-to-end recruitment support. Charges apply based on the hiring plan.
7. What kind of jobs do you provide support for?
We assist with various roles in sectors such as BPO, customer service, data entry, sales, field jobs, office administration, and more. The roles depend on the availability and employer requirements.
8. Will I get support if I’m from a rural area or small town?
Yes. Mi Sency supports candidates from all over India, including Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities. Our services are designed to be remote-friendly through calls and WhatsApp.
9. What documents are required for verification?
You will need to upload a government-issued ID (Aadhaar/PAN), your educational certificate (HS/Graduation), and a recent photograph for profile verification.
10. Can I pay the fee after I get the job?
No. Our services start immediately after payment. The fee is for the support we provide in preparing and presenting you for opportunities. It is not a success fee.
11. Do you help with resume building in Bengali/Hindi?
Yes, we help you build professional resumes in English, but we also guide you in your regional language to help you understand better.
12. Can I change my interview date?
Yes. You can reschedule your interview by informing us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
13. Will I get a government job through Mi Sency?
No. We do not deal in government jobs. We only assist with private-sector job opportunities.
14. Can I contact Mi Sency on WhatsApp?
Yes, our team is available on WhatsApp for quick support, updates, and interview communication. You’ll receive our official number upon registration.
15. What is a reference letter and why is it important?
The reference letter is an official PDF document that confirms your profile has been verified and shared with companies. It adds trust and structure to your job application and increases your chances of interview shortlisting.
16. Can I apply for jobs through Mi Sency without any subscription?
Yes, you can view job listings. However, for verified referrals, reference letters, and interview support, you’ll need to choose a support package.
17. Will I receive updates after applying for a job?
Yes. Once you complete your profile and payment, you will receive regular updates about your application status, shortlisting, and interviews through WhatsApp and SMS.
18. Do you provide interview locations and company names in advance?
Yes. After your reference letter is issued and you are shortlisted, all details including interview date, time, and venue will be shared with you.
19. What if I don’t get a job even after applying?
Our team continues to support you with multiple job opportunities until your package duration is valid or until you get selected. However, final selection depends on the employer.
20. How long will my support package remain active?
Support is usually active for 15–30 days depending on the package. During this time, we provide full guidance, updates, and opportunities.
21. Can I upgrade my package later?
Yes. If you start with a lower package and later feel you need more support, you can upgrade by paying the difference.
22. Why do I need to pay ₹399–₹999?
This is a one-time service fee for career assistance, such as reference letter creation, CV improvement, profile verification, and interview preparation. It is not a job purchase fee.
23. Is the fee refundable?
No. Once services are initiated (such as document preparation or coaching), the fee is non-refundable.
24. What kind of communication skills are required?
Basic communication in Bengali, Hindi, or English is usually sufficient. For BPO or customer-facing roles, we provide coaching as needed.
25. Are jobs available outside West Bengal?
