Mi Sency uses personal information to provide career-support, recruitment-assistance, account, communication, payment, verification, security, and related services. We do not sell or rent personal information for unrelated third-party marketing.

This Privacy Policy applies to Mi Sency's website, candidate and recruiter interfaces, forms, support channels, payment records, communications, and related online services. Mi Sency is operated by Maxage Consultancy Services LLP.

Mi Sency is a private career-support and recruitment-assistance platform. It does not provide government jobs and does not guarantee selection, employment, salary, offer letter, joining, or any decision controlled by an employer.

Personal information we may collect

The categories depend on the service, account type, and interaction.

Identity and contact data Name, mobile number, email, address, city, district, state, and account identifiers.
Career and profile data Education, skills, experience, preferences, availability, resume, photograph, and application details.
Documents and verification data Certificates, identity records, employment documents, references, and information submitted for verification.
Transaction data Order ID, transaction reference, amount, payment status, invoice, refund, and support records.

Please do not submit more information than is reasonably required. Do not send OTPs, passwords, UPI PINs, CVVs, or complete card details through forms, messages, or support channels.

  • Send account, OTP, payment, interview, reminder, security, and support communications.

  • Comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, and establish or defend legal claims.
We aim to use personal information only where reasonably connected to the service, consent, contract, security, legitimate operational need, or legal requirement.

We do not authorize third parties to use personal information for unrelated purposes. Employers and external service providers may have separate privacy obligations and policies.

Calls, SMS, WhatsApp and email

Communication is used to operate and support the service.

By providing contact details and using the service, you authorize Mi Sency to send transactional and service-related communications through calls, SMS, email, WhatsApp, website notifications, or similar channels. These may include OTPs, account alerts, payment confirmations, interview updates, reminders, support messages, and service information.

Promotional communications will be handled subject to applicable law and available preference or opt-out mechanisms. Essential security, account, payment, and active-service communications may continue where necessary.

Payment and financial information

Transactions are generally processed through third-party payment systems.

Mi Sency may retain limited transaction records such as order ID, transaction reference, payment status, amount, date, invoice, refund status, and payment method category. Card numbers, UPI PINs, CVVs, banking passwords, and OTPs are not intended to be stored by Mi Sency.

The payment gateway, bank, card network, UPI provider, or wallet may independently collect and process financial information under its own terms and privacy policy.

The service is intended for adults legally capable of using it.

Mi Sency's account and paid career-support services are intended for persons aged 18 years or above. We do not knowingly seek to create a paid candidate account for a child without appropriate lawful authorization. If you believe a child has submitted personal information improperly, contact support with sufficient details for review.
