Mi Sency is a professional career support and job assistance platform. We provide candidate processing, profile verification, interview coordination, and communication support with hiring companies.
We are not a direct employer and do not guarantee job placement, selection, or salary outcomes.
❌ Non-Refundable Conditions
Refund will NOT be applicable in the following cases:
- If the registration or service process has already started
- If profile verification, interview scheduling, or coordination has begun
- If the candidate is not selected by the company
- If the candidate does not attend or discontinues the process
- If incorrect or misleading information is provided
- If the request is made due to personal decision after payment
⚠️ Limited Refund Cases
Refund may be considered only in exceptional and verified cases:
- Duplicate payment for the same service
- Payment successful but no service initiated
- Technical transaction failure confirmed from our side
- Internal service failure (rare case)
🚫 Strict Policy Rules
- All payments are considered final once processed
- Chargeback or payment disputes may lead to permanent account suspension
- False complaints or fraudulent claims may result in legal action

Each request is reviewed based on payment proof, service status, and communication records. Final decision will be taken by Mi Sency management.
